Yes. Stellar HR complies with Spanish Royal Decree-Law 8/2019 and with the GDPR. Employees validate their own clock-ins, every correction is logged with its before and after, and the record can be exported as CSV for the Labour Inspectorate. The DPA is included at no extra cost.
You can use each tool on its own or combine them. Stellar Store and Stellar POS share the menu and orders: what you sell on your website goes into the POS and the kitchen with the same invoice series. Stellar Riders receives delivery orders from Stellar POS. Stellar HR and Stellar Order work on their own.
On servers in the European Union with SSL/TLS encryption, data separated by company (each client only sees its own) and a daily copy of the databases, replicated on a separate server. GDPR compliant, DPA included.
